Accountant in New Britain and Huntingdon Valley

Charles Jebran, CPA

Managing Shareholder

Charlie is a man of many talents and experiences. After graduating from St. Joseph’s University, Charlie spent four years with Coopers and Lybrand (now PwC) working with some of the firm’s prominent clients. Charlie spent the next 13 years with two regional firms, gaining valuable experience working with clients in many industries and sizes. In 2003 he founded the current firm, utilizing his previous knowledge and expertise to help clients attain their financial goals.

His experience does not stop there! While building the firm, Charlie and his wife Diane, partnered with two friends to build two Dunkin’ Donuts franchise stores (one had a Baskin-Robbins, which was an added bonus) from the ground up. From negotiating contracts and leases, hiring the right people and of course, making the donuts, Charlie learned how to be a successful multi-unit operator.

Most would say Charlie is a busy guy but yes, there is more. Since 1991, he has had another passion…football officiating. Donning the white hat and microphone, Charlie was the referee in many games, including the 2005 Pennsylvania state championship, and then jumped to the collegiate ranks and working more big games. He worked Division 2 and 3 games for a few years before joining the Colonial, Ivy, and Patriot league (D1AA) in 2011. In addition to a few playoff games, Charlie had the honor of working the Harvard vs. Yale game at the Yale Bowl in front of 50,000 spectators. His favorite game? Delaware vs. Richmond, under the lights, with Delaware winning in double overtime! Charlie worked up and down the East coast before hanging up his whistle in 2019 to spend more time on his other hobbies, golf, and fishing.

Charlie is on the Board of Directors of the Bucks County Children’s Museum, is a member of the Ambassadors Circle of Doylestown Health, and is on the membership committee of Doylestown Country Club.

Charlie and his very supportive wife, Diane, reside in Montgomery Township, Pennsylvania, with their two rescue Dachshunds, Tony and Harley. Their two grown children, Jake and Elizabeth, also reside in Pennsylvania.
